Partner Terms

These terms apply to the BestyPop Partners programme, run by Highrangekart (“BestyPop”, “we”, “us”). By signing up as a partner, you agree to them.

1. The Programme

BestyPop Partners lets you run a partner storefront on bestypop.in. Joining is free. BestyPop may change, pause or end the programme at any time.

2. What BestyPop Does

BestyPop decides and manages the products, prices, stock, payments, shipping and customer service. Exchanges and returns follow the store’s Exchange & Return Policy (size exchanges for fit issues; returns only for damaged, defective or wrong items). Products, prices, availability and policies may change at any time without notice.

3. Your Earnings

  • You earn the commission share you chose at sign-up on qualifying orders placed through your store link or partner code.
  • A qualifying order is paid, delivered, and not cancelled or refunded. A size exchange does not cancel your commission.
  • Commission is calculated on the product amount after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and fees.
  • Attribution is decided by BestyPop’s tracking, and its decision is final. When a shopper has used more than one partner link, the most recent one usually gets the credit. BestyPop does not guarantee that every order will be tracked.

4. Payouts

  • Commission becomes eligible 15 days after the order is delivered, if it has not been cancelled or refunded.
  • Eligible commission is paid to your UPI ID, or by another method agreed with our team, on a schedule set by BestyPop. If you have not given a UPI ID, our team may contact you before the payout. BestyPop may set a minimum payout amount.
  • BestyPop may deduct taxes as required by law and may ask for your PAN or other identity details before paying.
  • Commission on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders is not payable and may be recovered if already paid.

5. Changing Your Split

You may request a change to your commission split. Any approved change applies from a date set by BestyPop.

6. Store Name and Domain

  • You must have the right to use your store name. Do not use trademarks or brand names belonging to others.
  • BestyPop may refuse or change any store name or headline.
  • Any domain you point to your store is bought, owned and paid for by you. BestyPop is not responsible for it.
  • One partner store per person. BestyPop may refuse or close duplicate stores.

7. Promotion Rules

Promote your store honestly. You must not:

  • send spam, post fake reviews, or make false or misleading claims;
  • pretend to be BestyPop, or use “BestyPop” in paid ads, ad keywords or domain names;
  • buy through your own link or code to earn commission.

You may share BestyPop product images and links only to promote your partner store. BestyPop may use your store name in its own promotions.

8. Advertising

You may run ads (for example on Meta or Google) at your own cost and risk. BestyPop does not provide ad pixels, tracking or conversion data, and is not responsible for ad results or spend. Only orders tracked through your link or code count.

9. Inactive Stores

BestyPop may close any partner store with no orders for 45 days, at any time and without notice.

10. Suspension and Closing

BestyPop may suspend or close any partner store at its discretion, without notice, including for breaking these terms. You may stop being a partner at any time.

11. Relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or franchisee of BestyPop. You are responsible for your own taxes.

12. Your Data

BestyPop uses your details to run the programme and pay you, as described in its Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

BestyPop is not liable for any loss of income, sales or opportunity. Its total liability is limited to unpaid eligible commission.

14. Changes to These Terms

BestyPop may change these terms at any time. Continuing as a partner means you accept the changed terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
