4. Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on BestyPop, a brand operated by Highrangekart, can be cancelled only before they are processed.

Once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customized products are created based on customer-approved designs. Once the design is approved and the order is processed, cancellation cannot be requested.

All cancellation requests are subject to review based on the order status. We reserve the right to accept or decline cancellation requests accordingly.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices may not include taxes, shipping, or additional charges unless specified. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Size exchanges for fit issues are available as per our Exchange & Return Policy.

Customized products are non-returnable.

8. Offers & Discount Codes

  • Offers, gifts, scratch rewards and discount codes (including partner codes) have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid only as stated.
  • We may change, limit, withdraw or cancel any offer or code at any time without notice.
  • We may cancel orders or withdraw benefits where an offer or code is misused.

Some storefronts on bestypop.in are run by independent partners. All orders placed through partner storefronts are sold, shipped and supported by BestyPop / Highrangekart under these terms. Partner discounts apply as shown at checkout. Partners are not agents or employees of BestyPop and cannot make promises on its behalf.

10. Comments, Likes & Reviews

By posting comments, questions, reviews or likes on our website, you allow us to display them on our website and our partner storefronts. We may moderate, hide, edit for length, or remove any content at our discretion. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that contains links, phone numbers or personal information.
