Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on BestyPop, a brand operated by Highrangekart.

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are applicable only for plain and static (non-customized) products.
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund, as they are produced based on customer-approved designs.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@bestypop.in with clear photos.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@bestypop.in with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will share detailed instructions along with the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 5–10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
